Become a Parent Group Leader and learn how to deliver our EPEC Being a Parent course to other parents for FREE!

Empowering Parents, Empowering Communities (EPEC) courses are led by local parents who have completed our accredited EPEC training.

To get started, all you need to be is a parent or carer who’s keen to build your knowledge and support others on their parenting journey.

The Parent Group Leader course is in two parts:

1️⃣Complete the “Being a Parent” course

2️⃣Learn how to deliver the “Being a Parent” course to other parents

The course is FREE, certified and gives you the chance to make a real difference—supporting local families to thrive and feel happier.

What’s included:
✅ Friendly, supportive learning environment
✅ Practical parenting and facilitation skills
✅ Meet other local parents
✅ Ongoing support from our local EPEC team

The next Parent Group Leader course is starting on 16 September 2026 and will run every Wednesday for 12 weeks at Cedars Family Hub.
