Quick Youth Survey for Epilepsy

The West Yorkshire Children, Young People’s Epilepsy Group are looking for feedback from young people across West Yorkshire.

The survey below is just 4 short questions around: what would you want to know if you had a fit or seizure and were invited into an epilepsy clinic for the first time?

Responses will be used to help develop information for children and young people and make the epilepsy clinic better for young people attending for the first time.
