Junior Aspire Health Referral Service (5-17 years) and free memberships for 16-24 year olds
The Junior Aspire Health Referral Service is a service that supports children, young people, and their families to improve their overall health and well-being. Our professional and friendly staff will help you to work through our digital eLearning platform and give advice and information on a range of topics such as how you can improve physical activity levels, reduce inactive behaviour, improve healthy eating skills, set goals that are realistic and achievable and many more! As you progress through the programme, you’ll be sent tips, advice, and inspiration to keep you motivated and to further support your journey.
