Family Voice Meeting

Our next Family Voice meeting is on Monday 8 June 2026 at 10:00am at Castle Family Hub.

Jahangir will be there to hear your experience of services as well as look at new ideas of how we can improve services or come up with something new together!

A couple of things we’ll be chatting about is: play and what support, ideas or information would be useful; and access to health appointments and advice around healthy options.

Heather, Business Support Officer

Hi, I’m Heather and I’m the face you will regularly see on reception at The Castle Family Hub. Whenever I’m not in, Amanda or Tracie will be on hand.

Jahangir, Early Intervention and Prevention (EIP) Practitioner

As an EIP Practitioner, I deliver various programmes to parents and carers, these include A Parent’s Toolkit and Family Transitions. I also screen Nomination forms to make sure families receive the right support from the Family Hub to meet their needs. I liaise with partner organisations or specialist services when the support they can provide a family is more appropriate to meet that family’s needs. I also work with partner organisations as part of the Team around the School (TAS) Meetings, which ensures families are fully supported and have a plan in place to meet their needs.

I am the lead for Family Voice at The Castle Family Hub, making sure the voice of parents and carers is heard and acted upon. Please see below the date of our next Family Voice meeting and contact us to get involved!
