Family Voice Meeting

Our next Family Voice meeting will be on Wednesday 24 June at 10:00am at Butterflies Family Hub.

Quita will be there to hear your experience of services as well as look at new ideas of how we can improve services or come up with something new together!

A couple of things we’ll be chatting about is: play and what support, ideas or information would be useful; and access to health appointments and advice around healthy options.

Find out more about Family Voice meetings here.

Jess, Family Hub Coordinator

Hi, I’m Jess and I’m the Coordinator for Butterflies and Oakhill Family Hubs. This means that I oversee the running of the buildings, the staff that work there and the groups that children and families attend. I’ve worked with children and families for over 10 years and I love my job! The best thing is working with a fantastic team of people who all know that their job is to help children and their families achieve their full potential and feel happier and better about themselves.

Geraldine and Olivia, Business Support Officers

Hi, we are Geraldine and Olivia, we will usually be the first faces you’ll see when you arrive at Butterflies. Being on reception means we see people coming and going all day, and we are always happy to have a quick chat with you and your children and love to hear about how you are finding the groups that our colleagues deliver.

Abi, Chloe, Jen and Leanne, Family Hub Support Workers

We are Butterflies and Oakhill’s Family Hub Support Practitioners. You will find us running all the hub interventions for children aged 5-11 and for parents/carers. Between us, we have lots of experience of working in schools and providing early intervention support. We are passionate about supporting children and their families. We are always here if you would like a cuppa and a chat .

Adele and Quita, Early Years Support Workers

We are the Early Years Support Workers at Butterflies and Oakhill Family Hubs. Together, we run all the groups for children aged 0-5 and their families. We are REALLY passionate about everything Early Years and we know first hand just how important (and challenging) these first years are. We welcome all families with open arms and are always here to offer advice, support and lots of wonderful experiences for you and your child.
