Pre-Birth Assessment Training

Course Description:

• The briefing will include offering participants tools and tips of what to include in a pre-birth assessment as well as the policies and protocols we have in Wakefield
• The briefing will also include tools, tips and techniques of how to engage parents in the process as well as what information is required to complete a pre-birth assessment
• The briefing will offer workers the opportunity to gain further skills and knowledge in conducting pre-birth assessments with partner agencies as well as gaining a clearer understanding on the importance of information gathering and sharing
