Participation & Voices Training

This training is mandatory for staff that work with Children in Care.

Learning Objectives:

• Understand your role as a Corporate Parent
• Develop ways of building trusting, lasting positive relationships
• Challenge stereotypes about children in care and care leavers
• Learn about the impact of listening to children and young people in care and involving them in in decisions about the care they get and their own individual life choices
