• Gain an understanding of the CYPS Practice Model
• Introduce Wakefield’s Connecting Practice Model. Restorative Practice.
• Network with Senior Leaders within CYPS, Quality Assurance, IT Systems, SEND and the Learning Academy to support understanding for the geography across the district and how different teams effectively link/work together
• Know how to access learning and development interventions
• Where to find key documents to support roles
• Identify how to access and use key IT systems
